I don't like to think of it as

Yes, I may be guilty of cropping messes out of my pictures, but not all the time.  I may delete the photos that show all three of my chins, but every now and again, I let one slip past my click-it finger.  And I might, at times, only photograph my nicest outfits in a week, because who wants to see ratty old t-shirts anyway?

Sometimes we bloggers worry about the image we are projecting in blogland.  Let's face it, we only post what we want you to see, but sometimes we suffer truth guilt.  Does that make you feel better?

If you are new around here, I don't just  take pictures of myself, because I like how I look.  I document what I wear as motivation, not only to dress better, but also to just simply get dressed.  When you work at home, it's easy to get stuck in the rut of pj pants or yoga pants.  This helps us out …

So, this is what I wore this week.

Recently I was blessed with a few trash bags full of clothes.  Some work for me and some don't, but I've been trying to mix and match and work more and more pieces into my wardrobe.

Contrary to popular belief, hand-me-downs are not just for children.

Usually we only go in the store with fifteen or twenty …

FringeKid and I have a little tradition in Kohl's.  Every time we get to go shopping there, I always split whatever money I have with her.  We each scour the clearance racks, including the jewelry clearance rack and walk away with something fabulous.

As soon as she opened her gift card, she said, "I want you to get something too."

FringeKid received a sizable gift card to Kohl's for Christmas.  I'm always thankful for family who bless my kids with nice Christmas gifts.  I really do appreciate them.
